Recreation Assignment
Our next assignment in our Photo Class was based on the idea of recreation. Mrs. May told us to look for a picture that we really liked, and then later we were told that we needed to recreate it. When I tried to Recreate this by Jim Scherer:
I went to In'n'Out and ordered a burger to go. The burger ended up smushed, flat, and rather colorless, so I had to take it an angle in which I could salvage it in photoshop. Here is my attempt:
Menu Assignment
The long awaited menu assignment has finally arrived! Although, I feel like I had limited time to work on this, I went to this nice restaurant around Diamond Bar and took some pictures of delicious Chinese Food. I pieced together an okay menu cover, but at least I can relate to it.

5 Senses
Recently, in my photo class, I had to create 5 pictures that really appeal to the 5 senses without being too obvious. Although not all of these are based on food, I hear that we have a food menu assignment coming!

Before and After
Although, this picture doesn't reflect pictures of food, I thought I would like to take a picture of my grandpa. But I feel like the emotions at dinner or a get together sets the greatest moods. My grandpa, cannot hear, so a get together with all his friends and family always raises his spirits because food and family are ways to cheer him up.
Before:
After:
What I did in photoshop was to lighten his wrinkles and age spots, not to take away from his age, but to let his true emotion come out. Behind his eighty-year old face is someone who still enjoys sports, movies, and going out. This picture is a good reflection of who he is despite his disability.
