Favorite Photo
Apple Arrangement

This is by far, my favorite photo so far. This is part of my twenty-four photos assignment, but I haven't quite posted yet. This was shot relatively early, so it gave me an opportunity to shoot something with soft light in combination with my house light. Although it may seem a little dark, I think it has a contrast to the spotlights that appear in the plate's reflection. In those spotlights, you can see some scratches of the plate that also adds a robust effect. So, I think it is a combination of the smooth texture on the right and a little more rough texture on the left that works in combination with directional lighting. I also feel that the semi-orderly and semi-disorderly arrangement of the apples that make it contrast. In essence, this photo exhibits many different  features.

Looking for Techniques

Hi Everyone!
This is the compositional assignment that I had to do for my Photo Class. It was before I made the 24 photos of the apple, but this is the source of my inspiration.

Compositional Assignment!

Obviously This one is the apple. It was the father of the ideology of the next apple that under the rigorous photo shoot.

This next picture was taken while I was playing around with my uncle's DSLR. I have to say that this my favorite use of framing... This was taken at a Chinese Restaurant for my grandpa's birthday. I felt like taking a picture of my baby cousin with some filmography inspiration.

And for some reason, this picture reminds me of times of when I might be watching my mother cook. It kinda resembles bundles of vegetables that you chop together.

Transformation of an Apple

I imagined the the versatility of 24 pictures of an apple. You can slice it, dice it, and do whatever with it to make it different. This is the transformation from start, to finish, of an apple. This was shot with one of those nicer cameras: I think it was a Nikon DSLR.

Hi

Hello everyone,

This is the first of my photography posts for my photo class. Hope you like future posts. This is a self portrait of me. and some interests I also enjoy other than food. Hopefully as this class progresses, I will have more opportunities to incorporate food into every work of art.
